As of August 1st, U.S. employers are required to update their federal labor law posters. The changes reflect updates to minimum wage and rights for nursing mothers. For those of you in Minnesota, a new posting regarding the state minimum wages is also required August 1st.
You can download these for free from department of labor websites:
