Rick is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas and undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. His corporate career includes global positions with Medtronic, Lawson Software, AmeriPrise and Target.
Sue has a strong history of success in a variety of Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits positions. Her corporate career includes roles with HealthEast, Hmong American Partnership and Colder Products Company.

Linda is pursuing her Associates Degree in Human Resources at Saint Paul College. Upon graduation, she will attend St. Mary’s University to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Linda is a new addition to Roo. She is organized, analytical and team-oriented. Linda is efficient at communicating, organizing, leading and managing time. She is extremely dedicated towards achieving the goals and objectives of her clients. Linda has a strong background in manufacturing and has a particular interest in recruiting and training.
